About Me
I’m Patricia, originally from the Philippines and now based between Kuala Lumpur and Manila.
My background is in sales and marketing, but this year I’ve stepped away from full time work to focus on a different kind of project. I want to build a life I can be more present in. As I prepare for my akad nikah and spouse visa in Kuala Lumpur, I find myself moving between two cities, carrying both familiarity and change at the same time.
This space is where I document that in between.
Through photographs and written stories, I capture the places I go, the meals I share, and sometimes enjoy alone, and the small moments that shape how a place is felt. It’s not just about recording where I’ve been, but paying attention to what stays with me, what shifts, and what I’m learning along the way.
This sabbatical is also a return to self. A time to explore new interests, revisit old ones, and understand what inspires me now.
When I look back on this year, I want to see not just where I went, but who I became.
“When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.”
